You may browse through our various catoluges and add your faviourate products to the cart. Once all the products are added to the shopping cart, you may click on the Cart sign on the top right corner and click on checkout button. You may then proceed and complete the payment. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

You cannot add more products to an order that is already placed. You may place another order for the products that you wish to order and complete the payment process for them.

Unfortunatelly, you cannot modify the delivery address details on the website. We would be happy to help you out in case your order has not been shipped.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. Once shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

At Atulya Dharohar, all the payments are processed via secure and trusted payment gateways. For a seemless and smooth experience, you may pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets.

We do not offer Cash On Delivery.

Our dispatch team ensures all quality checks are done before shipping your orders. We do not return or exchange any product. 

Since, all our products are handmade, slight irregularities in shape, colour, print and little smudges might occur as a result of human involvement in the making process and should not be considered as a defect. Actual colours might slightly vary due to smartphone/laptop screen resolution and settings. 

We offer Free Shipping PAN India, no minimum order value required.

Once the order is placed, our dispatch time is 2-3 working days. Once shipped, the order is generally delivered within 5-7 days depending on the destination address.

We ship all our orders with trusted shipping partners like DTDC, Professional, Maruti air and Delhivery couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification on your registered email ID with the order and tracking details.

No, you may place your order without creating an account. However, it is recommended to create an account to keep a track of your "Order History". Registered users also get notified through email about our new collection launch and offers.
